Description
We took this clinic raw, two commercial basements located in the Nueva Cartagena urbanization, completely empty that were joined on site to have a larger surface area.
In this case, the work and activity permits were processed in the Cartagena City Council, the processes were also managed to obtain the approval of Health, as it was a clinic, this permit was the most delicate.
Regarding the interior design, the owner wanted tones, materials and textures: neutral and warm, to achieve the most welcoming atmosphere possible inside the clinic.
The spaces are optimized as much as possible, finally having a reception, two private consultations, an adapted toilet, another private toilet and an open space where a small gym and a couple of stretchers are located.
Finally we have achieved spaces with a lot of personality, very agile; incorporating details to achieve comfort both for professionals and those who require treatments.
