Description
The Shamrock Lounge is located at the entrance to the Polaris World complex in Torre Pacheco.
The owners are two Englishmen, who run several businesses in the area of the coast and golf courses, these companies focus on facilitating the stay for tourists who come. In this case they started with a bar and with this project they expanded to a restaurant.
From the Garbatela team, in which this time engineers also worked to develop the projects to be presented to the Murcia Ministry of Industry, the works permit was developed with the obtaining of permits from the Torre Pacheco City Council, process of obtaining the activity license, and start-up of the different services.
The coordination of the trades, the supervision in the development of the work was also carried out. At the level of interior design and decoration, the clients wanted to give it its character and personality, from Garbatela they were advised on how to get the optimal materials and furniture for a restaurant.
