Description
This house is the definition of comprehensive reform, a flat from the 70s in Cartagena in which a restructuring of all the rooms was carried out after the purchase of the house by a young couple.
Partitions were removed and a large central space was created, unifying the kitchen, the living room and a room to make it the axis of the entire house. New bathrooms, a kitchen from a magazine and complete regeneration of all the facilities were made.
From Garbatela, the planimetry was carried out with the new distribution for the correct interior design, the processing of the building permit, coordination of the trades, advice on materials and furniture and their composition.
The new concept that the house has, the finishes and the details make this project a great satisfaction for the study.
