Description
This house, located in the Residencial area of Santa Ana, was 13 years old and needed to update some spaces, the bathroom had some faults, and the owner wanted to make some small decoration modifications since there were some details that did not convince her . However, he also wanted to sell the house, so he did not want to make a large investment, since the purpose was really to get a more attractive image of the spaces to find a good buyer.
The small adjustments that were needed were made to the house, the whole house was painted and special work was done: the living room, the main room with its bathroom, and a very special room was achieved to receive friends.
In this project, advice and the choice of materials, papers, colors and new furniture were carried out together with the owner, measurements and budgets were made prior to carrying out the action, the trades of the trust of Garbatela and those who were trusted by the owner; so that everyone was in line and properly coordinated the work.
The entire action was carried out in 5 weeks, and 10 months later the house was sold at the optimal price that the client wanted.
This project is a clear example of how sometimes less is more.
