Description
This project has been a project of emptying, emptying the spaces until we are left with their essence.
Housing located in the center of Cartagena, an apartment from the 80s, in which no intervention had been carried out since its acquisition.
The great change is made at the level of spaces in the wet rooms, which are replaced in their entirety. The rest of the rooms are treated only at the finishing level: the carpentry is changed, the flooring is placed and the house is completely painted.
This is a type of project that in Garbatela we call "facelift", since at the level of distribution hardly any changes are made, but at the visual level it is a spectacular change and above all it is possible to enrich and optimize the spaces much more.
Gloria is an exceptional client, and very brave who has dared with some finishes and has opted for risk and now she is delighted with the result.
